The Challenge: Fosun Pharma required absolute temperature security for three independent cold rooms storing highly sensitive, high-value vaccines and medical supplies. In the pharmaceutical sector, a single equipment failure can result in ruined inventory and regulatory violations. Zero downtime was mandatory.

Our Solution: We engineered a strict 100% Active/Standby Redundancy

Architecture (一用一备). We installed a total of 6 sets of Bitzer 15HP Water-Cooled Units, assigning exactly two fully capable units to each room.

Value Delivered:

• Fail-Safe Security: If the primary unit detects any mechanical anomaly, the Siemens PLC instantly engages the standby unit, ensuring the cold chain is never broken.
• Extended Lifespan: The smart control system automatically alternates runtime between the primary and standby units, ensuring uniform wear and extending compressor life.
