The Challenge: The facility presented a unique thermal challenge: it needed to simultaneously manage a massive 1,200 ㎡ beef aging room and a highly demanding 50 ㎡ rapid ice-pack blast freezer within the same plant, requiring vast temperature differences and distinct cooling capacities.

The aging room utilizes a heavy-duty Bitzer Parallel Rack to provide smooth capacity modulation and prevent meat dehydration. Meanwhile, the blast freezer is powered by dedicated low-temperature units for rapid thermal extraction.
